Mark E. Borzych, JD
Mark E. Borzych joined Spinelli Corporation as staff counsel in 2003. His responsibilities include corporate, contractual, regulatory and intellectual property matters. He is also the legal researcher and a staff writer of Spinelli Corporation's award-winning monthly e-mail newsletter, Electronic Evidence Examiner. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to Judge Cathy M. Holt, Arizona Superior Court in Phoenix, where he analyzed complex factual issues and developed his legal research and writing skills. Mr. Borzych has also worked for Capital Gaming International, Inc., in Phoenix, assisting the company's General Counsel with federal compliance and regulatory licensing issues, drafting agreements and preparing reports for the Board of Directors. During the 1997 Legislative Session of the Arizona State Senate, Mr. Borzych served as a Senate Page, assigned to the Senate Appropriation and Finance Committees.
