Helene S. Fenlon, JD
Helene S. Fenlon joined Spinelli Corporation in 2002 after 11 years as a trial lawyer. She has significant experience in all aspects of mediation, arbitration and litigation, including fraud actions, faithless agent disputes, probate and trust disputes, breach of fiduciary duty cases, tax disputes, contract disputes, and partnership and corporate dissolution. Previously, Ms. Fenlon had been a shareholder with Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A., in Phoenix where she received an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell. She has also been a litigator with Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, also based in Phoenix. Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Fenlon worked as a financial analyst in the banking industry and as a bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. She has worked in other aspects of the banking industry, in the retail industry, as a research assistant for the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, DC, and for the US Customs Service.
