All orders are shipped COD Money order or cashiers check, unless prepaid with a major credit card We do not ship to P.O. boxes and do not accept international orders. All orders leave our warehouse next day if placed before 4 pm. ET. To place order is easy - with the prices you will receive order forms, simply add quantity of items you would like to order and fax it to us. We will contact you shortly with detailed information about your order. Please make your selection carefully, once order leaves our warehouse, we will not be able to make any changes.

We do not accept returns, only credit will be issued toward your next purchase at Elegantgiftplus.com. All our merchandise is inspected before shipping. We do not share your personal and credit card information. If a shipment is refused at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

No future orders will be shipped until the cost of shipping is collected. If merchandise received damaged, please contact us immediately for return authorization number, and we will replace the merchandise or give you credit to be used towards future purchases from Elegantgiftplus.com. Damaged merchandise must reach us in 10 days from authorization date.
